There is nothing worse that someone break your heart. How does someone so badly and then have to let go, is difficult. And as we age, more people who break our hearts, it can feel to each.
Broken Hearts are depressing, embarrassing and difficult. Fortunately, not grief lasts forever. By processing with a broken heart, the first thing is to go to be complete. If it is not to be, then let them go, and the trust that someone better. When we returned to that person broke our hearts when we see nothing more that the vanquished and we are in danger of disrupting. A good way, Just Let Go is the resistance to again and again, and simply avoid the phone call, or by email with them differently.
It is normal to feel bad. Take your time to feel bad. Take a walk through yourself or listen to a sad music. It is helpful to every feeling, every feeling that teaches us something new on ourselves. Just as we enjoy happy, we can enjoy sad, because the feeling not remain with us for ever. As the sun can not shine every day, it can not rain every day.
Talk to someone else. A friend, you can address all of your anger and frustration of the console. If all your anger and sadness inside, you might start pitying you, and you could be next to the construction of deeper relationships with your friends how that could be.
Finally, I will give you a brief sentence that has always helped in my time of grief, and the "time reduces the pain." Over time, we know "today" will find us more and move further and further into the past. "And as each day from the evil continues, slowly, until we do not even does not remember the pain.
The future will tell us to rush so quickly that we understand, and if we keep his head turned to the back, look at the past, we miss to see everything that the future is what to us.
